Scope and Contents
Included in this collection are fifteen series documenting the alumni of Pratt Institute through personal accounts, as well as several alumni-run associations. This collection brings the various forms of documentation of those individuals and associations together, as well as the printed matter and ephemera produced by these groups.

Biographical / Historical
The alumni of Pratt Institute have been an active community since the school’s first commencement ceremony in 1889. A countless number of Pratt graduates have managed to stay in touch with each other as well as with their alma matter through newsletters and reunions arranged by the constantly evolving alumni-based associations. Though alumni are often grouped by department, geographical location or even ethnicity, this collection brings together all records of the alumni of Pratt Institute from 1889 to the present.

Abstract
The Alumni Collection documents the alumni of Pratt Institute through newsletters, graduation lists, student publications and various alumni associations from 1889 to 2015.
